Singing Bowl NO GRAIN Granola Peanut Butter & Chocolate Clusters - Paleo, Vegan and Grain-Free

Posted by Jessica Duncan on

This is one of the easiest, healthiest snacks you will ever make. I recommend making them on a regular basis and always keeping a stash in the fridge. While satisfying even the most intense sweet craving, these beauties are loaded with protein, iron and fibre.

Dark chocolate, peanut butter and Singing Bowl NO GRAIN Granola clustersย

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 large spoon nut butter of your choice
  • 1 -2 cups Singing Bowl NO GRAIN Granola

ย Chocolate, Fatso peanut butter and Singing Bowl NO GRAIN Granola ready to mix in double boiler.

Three simple, delicious ingredients.

DIRECTIONS:

Using a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate completely. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Remove the pot or bowl with the chocolate-peanut butter mixture from the heat and add the Singing Bowl NO GRAIN Granola about ยฝ cup at a time until it is a thick consistency.

To form the clusters you can use a silicone mini cupcake mould, mini cupcake papers, or even just a sheet of parchment paper on a tray. Be sure that your tray is small enough to fit in the freezer. Scoop about a soupspoon full of the granola-chocolate-peanut butter mixture into the moulds or onto the parchment paper. Freeze for about an hour to make sure they are solid. If you are using the silicone mold, be sure to pop the clusters out on a clean surface right after removing from the freezer. Now comes the hard part. Wait about half an hour before biting into them to allow clusters to thaw. Keep uneaten clusters refrigerated for snacking.

The messier the better!
